We know that hiring a pet waste removal service can raise a few questions, especially if it’s your first time. Here you’ll find answers to the most common queries about our dog poop removal services—everything from scheduling and payment, to how we handle your yard.

What do you charge for your services?

Our initial cleanup service starts at $150, which includes the first 3 bags of waste. Additional bags are $25 each. Each bag of waste is double-bagged (no charge for the extra bag).

For recurring service after the initial cleanup, pricing will vary based on the frequency of cleaning and the number of dogs. You can get a quick, no-obligation quote here.

How large are your bags?

Our bags are standard tall kitchen size white plastic bags. We line a dust bin with the bags to collect waste so the bags aren’t “filled to the brim.” Nobody wants that as they would break/burst.

We fill them as much as we can using the dust bins and then double bag them. This prevents them from bursting due to the weight of the waste.

We don’t charge extra for the double-bagging—it’s $20 per “double-bagged” bag.

If you’ve got a budget to stick to, we can cap your clean up at a certain number of bags so you can control costs. We’ll do our best to get your yard as clean as we can working with your budget.

How do you dispose of the dog waste after you clean my yard?

After we complete your cleaning service, we will double bag the waste and place it either in your trash can or neatly at the side of your house.

Do I have to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to your yard and any necessary codes, you don’t need to be home. We’ll text you before arriving and after we finish, with a photo of your secured gate.

What if my dog is in the yard?

We love dogs! But for safety, we ask that aggressive or nervous dogs be brought inside during our visits. Friendly dogs can stay in the yard if you are comfortable with it.

How do I pay?

You pay securely online with a credit card and have access to your own customer portal where you can access and manage all your account details at any time.

What areas of my property do you clean?

We’ll clean wherever you have dog waste you want gone! We’ll clean front, back, and side yards, flower beds, patios, dog runs, etc.

Do you clean year round?

Yes! We work all year, including winter. 

Will you provide service in bad weather?

We’re New Englanders, so a little rain or snow doesn’t bother us. However, if the weather poses any safety risks (e.g. lightning storms or wintery blizzards), we’ll reschedule your service. In those instances, we’ll communicate any changes in your schedule ASAP.

How do you handle snowy yards?

When there is a lot of fresh fallen snow, we do our best to scoop during the service. Anything we miss will be picked up on subsequent visits.

Do you clean your equipment?

Yes! To ensure your safety and the safety of your dogs, we use kennel grade disinfectant to clean our equipment after every service.

Do I need to sign up for a long-term contract?

No! We don’t require any contracts and you are free to pause or cancel your services at any time either by logging into your customer portal, emailing, or calling us.
